What to expect

Microdermabrasion is an advanced exfoliation method that incorporates a specialized tool featuring a rough surface to subtly exfoliate the top layer of the skin, removing dead skin cells in the process.  During the procedure, you might experience a sensation that feels like something scraping on the skin. This is a normal part of the process and is not associated with pain. Treatment time depends on the size of the area being treated and the severity of your concerns. In most cases, you can expect to be in and out of your appointment within an hour.  

Post-procedure, your skin might seem slightly reddened or warm, but this typically diminishes within a few hours, leaving your skin feeling fresh, smooth, and radiating a healthy glow. A bonus advantage is that your skincare products will penetrate your skin more effectively because the dry, dead skin cells have been eliminated.
