What to expect

Before starting treatment, one of our skincare specialists at The Skin Care Center will discuss your skin goals and examine your skin.

As the treatment begins, you may experience a scratching and scraping sensation. This is a normal reaction and not painful. We use a gentle, sterile surgical scalpel to remove skin cells and unwanted hair. The small blade moves back and forth across your skin, removing the top layers.

The duration of the treatment varies depending on the area being treated, ranging from 15 minutes to an hour. Once complete, we’ll apply a soothing gel or ointment to the treated areas.
