About Your Provider
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Megan is passionate about providing exceptional dermatology care to patients in Glenview and the greater Chicago community she calls home. Megan graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health, concentrating in Medical Science. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University, where she graduated with honors and in the top 5% of her class. During this program, she also completed global health coursework in Thailand. Megan later earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Vanderbilt University—one of the top nursing programs in the country—where she again graduated at the top of her class. She is board-certified through both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Prior to specializing in dermatology in 2021, Megan worked as a registered nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, where she gained extensive experience in critical care and step-down nursing. This background strengthened her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex medical conditions—skills that continue to shape her thoughtful and thorough approach to dermatologic care and skin health. Megan is dedicated to combining evidence-based dermatology treatments with individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. She values strong communication, patient education, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their skin.
When she’s not at work, Megan enjoys traveling, hiking, trying new restaurants, reading, working out, attending concerts, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. She is a dedicated Chicago sports fan, especially the Chicago Bears and the Chicago White Sox. Megan is passionate about expanding access to healthcare both within the United States and abroad and plans to participate in medical mission trips in the future.
