What is it?

Dermal fillers and injectables are gel-like substances injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. Dermal fillers provide immediate, natural-looking results with minimal downtime. They are commonly used to plump lips, soften facial lines and improve the appearance of scars.

The Skin Care Center offers a wide variety of fillers to meet your aesthetics needs. These fillers inlcude, the Juvederm family of filler products such as Voluma.

What to expect

Typically, filler procedures are completed within 30 minutes or less, offering immediate results with minimal downtime. However, it may take between 2 to 4 weeks for the full effects to become apparent, so it's recommended to plan your treatment accordingly, especially if you have an upcoming event. FDA-approved fillers can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the type and location of injection. Many of our patients opt for a follow-up session sooner to maintain optimal results over time.
