About Your Provider
Dr. Blanca Estupiñan is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained cosmetic dermatologist. Raised in Florida, she earned her medical degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She has called the Chicago area home for the past six years. Dr. Estupiñan completed her internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago and went on to finish a clinical dermatological research fellowship and dermatology residency at Loyola University Medical Center/Edward J. Hines VAMC, where she served as chief resident for both cosmetics and academics. Following residency, she completed a highly competitive ASDS-accredited fellowship in cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery at Skin Laser & Surgery Specialists of NY/NJ, performing over 1,000 procedures with advanced energy-based devices and injectable treatments. She also completed more than 1,000 Mohs micrographic surgery cases, giving her exceptional knowledge of facial anatomy.
Dr. Estupiñan has lectured at national and international conferences, including the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, New Frontiers of Cosmetic & Medical Dermatology, Skin of Color Annual Symposium, and World Congress of Pediatric Dermatology. Her clinical research—on topics such as exosomes, energy-based devices, and cosmetic dermatologic training—has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, and Journal of the American Medical Association.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery.
