Have your skin examined with a melanoma-detecting device by our board-certified dermatologists. We will review our findings and discuss with you normal and abnormal moles. We are the best at reassuring you when your skin spots are normal. We are the ones that diagnose those early irregular spots that need urgent removal. If suspicious or bothersome moles need removal, we typically remove them during the same visit utilizing the latest techniques. If necessary, we schedule a timely return visit to our office where we will remove the mole.

First, pulses of light even out your skin color and reduce tiny broken blood vessels and other color irregularities. Then, near-infrared energy and controlled deep heating help firm up any loose skin so you regain a more youthful, contoured appearance. Our laser, the Pixel®, then precisely creates thousands of microscopic perforations for texture and tone, which stimulate new collagen to grow. The new collagen improves your skin’s texture and tone to smooth fine lines and wrinkles. The skin around each of these perforations remains intact, allowing the skin’s top layer to heal from the edge of these tiny holes very rapidly. Have your skin assessed by our doctors to see if you are a candidate.

The Skin Care Center was the first in the Chicagoland area to obtain one of the most advanced lasers today for our patients. After a few days of healing this laser works on wrinkles, acne scars, and discoloration as well as large pores. Special, advanced training and experience with these skin types allow us to get you the best results. Rejuvenate your face, neck and décolleté. As an added bonus you will experience the continual building of collagen for months after the procedure.

Laser Hair Reduction

We use the latest technology in laser energy to stunt your hair follicles; which reduce or can even eliminate further hair growth on the upper lip, chin, underarms, back, chest, abdominals, arms, bikini, and legs.  It is a simple no downtime procedure, and the patient can return to normal activities immediately.  Results are best with multiple treatments.  We offer these treatments individually or the patient may purchase a package of treatments.

Flashes of light disable the targeted hair follicle causing the unwanted hair to fall out and to prevent future growth.  Several treatment sessions are needed since hair growth cycles are not synchronized and to treat dormant follicles.  Within a few treatments, it leaves beautifully bare skin.

IN-Motion technology is used for advanced laser hair reduction treatments.  It is a rolling technique that eliminates the common problem of missed or skipped spots.  The In-Motion technology combines concurrent cooling with a gradual thermal rise to the desired temperature.  The treatment targets the pigments and melanin located in hair follicles.
